To change who can see your blog:

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. Select the blog to update.
3. In the left menu, click Settings > Basic > Permissions.
4. In the "Blog Readers" section, click Edit.
5. Select “Anybody,” “Only blog authors,” or “Only these readers.”
6. Click Save changes.

HOW TO ADD AUTHOR

Just follow the steps below:

1. Log into your blogger account at blogger.com and click the name of your blog.
2. Click "Settings" on the left side of the page and go to the "Basic" tab: ...
3. Look for the Permissions/Blog authors section and click on the "Add authors" link.

HOW TO CHANGE MY BLOG'S TITLE

In this case you should do the following:

1. Go to Pages ->All Pages tab:

3. On the appeared screen change the title in the title field to any desired one. Click “Update” button at the right hand side:
