Apa daaaaa

I am not really sure how the education system work in Malaysia. How can a teacher work while there are officer from District Education Office always comes and did comments on this thing and that thing. It is good if the monitoring is done once a while and not just too regularly. Hello0o0o... After they come to monitor, then  the officer from Ministry will also want monitor? No other school? Or they just didn't dare to go there?
